Boarding road side buses along Lagos-Ibadan

There are designated motor parks in Lagos( If travelling from Lagos to Ibadan) and also (from Ibadan to Lagos). Please, let's stop boarding road side buses because of the danger in it. At every designated park, passenger's information is taken for any emergence or any other issues. Also, all buses at the designated parks are been checked by the authorities in charge of each park. A friend of mine was robbed at gun point along Lagos-Ibadan expressway last week. He boarded the bus along Berger road leaving the park behind because of the amount (difference of N200) in transportation fare. 

He replaced N200 difference in transportation cost with BOLD 2, N4000 and LAPTOP(ACER). 

Can N200 he refuse to pay at the designated park replace the stolen items?, i leave you to answer.
